Looking for Upgrade Advice for My Gaming PC

Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for some upgrades to my gaming rig to help with streaming and multitasking. I'm not looking for anything extreme; I just want to ensure I can run most games smoothly. Currently, I'm playing at 1080p and sometimes using multiple windows, but I've noticed that my CPU is bottlenecking at about 90% usage while my GPU sits around 70% when playing Black Ops 6. Here are my current specs:

- Gigabyte A320M
- AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics @ 3.7 GHz (4 cores)
- 16GB DDR4 RAM @ 3000
- GTX 1070 (8GB)
- 500GB SSD + 2.7TB HDD

I believe upgrading my CPU and possibly increasing my RAM to 32GB would help. I'm also considering upgrading my GPU to a 1080ti. My budget for these upgrades is around $500, though I'm not including a higher SSD in that plan as it's already on my to-do list.

For a budget of $500, I recommend going for the AMD Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, which is about $118 on Amazon. It's a solid upgrade that should alleviate some of that CPU bottleneck you're experiencing. For your GPU, the ASRock Challenger OC Radeon RX 9060 XT is a powerful card and priced at roughly $370. This combo will keep you around your budget cap at $487.99! Good choice, but make sure you double-check compatibility with your motherboard!
