I've been having this annoying issue with my iPhone 16 for the past week. When someone tries to call me, the call doesn't go through, and they'll message me about it. Even when I try to make a call, it just drops. The weird part is that restarting my phone fixes the problem temporarily, but it comes back after a day or so. Apple support ran a diagnostic on it and said everything's fine, but I know there's something wrong. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do?

Sometimes diagnostics can miss certain issues like SIM card problems or even software glitches. You might want to check if your iOS is up to date or consider reinstalling it. Also, check your SIM card; maybe it needs reseating or replacing.
It sounds frustrating! From what you described, it seems like the issue might not be with your carrier since calls go through on your husband's phone. One thing you could try is resetting your network settings. It can help clear any glitches affecting your calls. Just make sure to save any Wi-Fi passwords, as they will be reset too!
Thanks for the tip! I’ll give that a shot and see if it helps.

Good points! I hadn’t thought about the SIM card. I’ll look into that too.
