Help! My New PC Keeps Crashing Without BSODs – What Could Be Wrong?

I recently built a PC for my wife, and while everything works great initially, it started crashing just a few days in. The concerning part is that it doesn't show a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD); it just shuts down. I tried using WhoCrashed to figure out what was going on, and here's the list of errors I've found (most recent to oldest): hypervisor_error (from BSODs), kernel security check failure, DPC watchdog violation, system thread exception not handled, KMode exception not handled (notably occurring in USBXHCI.sys, but chkdsk found no issues), and a system service exception.

I've done a lot of troubleshooting, including running sfc /scannow, using memtest86, and checking the system temperatures—all of which came back fine. My wife doesn't engage in any risky online behavior, so malware seems unlikely, but I scanned with Malwarebytes just to be safe, and nothing showed up. I suspect there might be some hardware failure. The RAM seems fine based on memtest results, but I'm unsure what might have gone wrong. Here's the spec list:

* CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
* RAM: 32 GB DDR5
* GPU: Asus Nvidia RTX 4060 Evo Dual OC 8GB
* Motherboard: TUF Gaming B650-Plus WIFI
* PSU: Corsair RM750e

I've also included my crash dumps here: [https://files.catbox.moe/06logs.zip](https://files.catbox.moe/06logs.zip). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you're dealing with a tricky issue! If you’ve got dump files from the crashes, that’d definitely help narrow it down. You can find them in C:WindowsMinidump. Just zip that folder up and share it with us! Also, consider using WinDbg instead of WhoCrashed for a more reliable analysis—it's free on the Microsoft Store and really handy for this stuff!

Have you tried reinstalling Windows or running a repair installation from installation media? Sometimes that can help fix these weird crashes. Just Google how to flash Windows onto a USB and give it a shot!

Alright, will try that!
