Hey everyone! I'm having a frustrating issue with my Windows 11 Pro. There's this message that keeps popping up every time I restart my computer. I've attached a screenshot of it here: [screenshot link](https://i.imgur.com/zxBh81p.png). It started appearing after I installed Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Camtasia Studio 8.6. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this message? Thanks!

This message might be tied to Adobe products, specifically the CCX service. Try uninstalling Photoshop using the Adobe Uninstall Tool and then reinstall it. That often helps with these types of issues. Just make sure to check for any updates to see if there's a newer version that fixes the problem as well!

Thanks for the tip! Where can I find the Adobe Uninstall Tool? Is it included in the Photoshop program folder?

To figure out what's causing those annoying blue screens of death (BSOD), we need to collect some dump files. If you can boot into Windows normally or through Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any crash logs. If you find some, zip them up and share them on a file hosting site. We typically need a few dump files to effectively troubleshoot this issue. You can follow this guide to set it up right: [Creating Minidump Files](https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html). Good luck!
