I'm having an issue with my HP Victus gaming laptop where my FPS in Valorant, as well as in other games, seems to be capped at 60. I have a Radeon 7 series CPU paired with an RTX 3050. I've tried disabling V-Sync, setting my preferred GPU to Nvidia, and ensuring I'm in fullscreen mode, but nothing seems to work. I'm confident my laptop can achieve over 150-160 FPS, so I'm not sure what else to try. Any advice?

Have you checked the refresh rate of your monitor in the Nvidia control panel? It’s worth making sure it’s set to the maximum possible, like 144Hz, if your display supports it.
Also, don’t forget to look at the FPS limit setting within Valorant. Sometimes it’s just a matter of switching the aspect ratio from letterbox to fill.
Great tip! I’ll make sure to adjust that too.
Thanks, I'll check that out!
