Is an 850W Power Supply Good Enough for My RTX 5070 Ti Build?

Hey folks! I'm in the process of building a new PC, and I've got the ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 5070 Ti OC graphics card. I'm trying to figure out if an 850W power supply will be adequate. My setup also includes a Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, a 2TB SSD, and some RGB fans. I've heard that while 850W should handle the 5070 Ti, some people suggest it's just the minimum. Would a 1000W power supply be a better choice? I'd love to hear your thoughts! Thanks a lot!

Yeah, 850W is solid if it's from a reliable brand! Just be sure to check the model of your PSU. If it’s a good one, you shouldn’t have any issues.

I'm using a Corsair RMe Series RM850e for this build.

An 850W PSU should definitely be enough for your build, especially with good quality. You can try using the PC Part Picker wattage calculator to double-check, but I've even seen setups with more powerful cards run fine on 850W. You’re good to go!
