Is Using DSR for 4K Benchmarking Accurate If I Don’t Have a 4K Display?

I've heard that I can use Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR) to benchmark my PC for 4K performance, even though I don't own a 4K display. I tried it out and found that I didn't lose much performance compared to 1080p. I'm curious, is this method actually reliable?

Usually, if you're not losing much performance, it could indicate that your CPU is bottlenecking the GPU. What's your full PC setup?

I've got a 4070 Ti Super and an i9 11900K.
