I've been using my computer when suddenly the screen went black. At first, I was puzzled, but then I spotted a small line near the corner of the screen. I initially thought it was just a crack, but when I touched it, it turned out to be a line of light that seems to get bigger every time I touch it. Now, my computer won't turn on at all. Does anyone know how I can fix this, or will I need to get it repaired?

No worries, I get it! If you're not tech-savvy, just check if your computer has a port for HDMI or VGA to connect to a TV or another monitor. That way, you can see if your computer is actually working and if it's just the screen that's the problem.
It sounds like your LCD screen is failing. If possible, try connecting your computer to an external monitor or even a flat-screen TV to see if it works that way. This might help you figure out if the issue is with the screen itself.
