Why is my 3060 Ti not exceeding 160Hz in games?

I've got a 3060 Ti graphics card paired with an i9 11700F processor, but I'm having trouble getting my frame rates over 160Hz in games like Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, and Apex Legends. As someone who's fairly new to PC gaming, I've been trying to troubleshoot this myself but haven't found anything particularly useful. Is there anyone out there who can help me understand what's going wrong?

First off, what's the RAM setup you're using? That can play a big role in performance. Also, if you're using NVIDIA Reflex with Boost, it might limit your FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate. Just something to check!

I have 32GB of RAM running at 2133MT/s. Not quite sure what that means in terms of performance, though.
