Got BIOS Issues with My New Build – Need Help!

I just built a new computer with a Ryzen 5 5500, RX 7600 XT, an ASUS Prime B550A AC motherboard, 32 GB of RAM, and a Samsung 990 SSD. The problem is that the computer won't enter the BIOS; instead, it keeps beeping 4 times. I tried updating the BIOS using a USB drive and renamed the file, which caused it to beep 9 times. When I renamed the file again, it went back to 4 beeps. I'm really stuck here and need some guidance on how to fix this so I can use my PC.

Check the beep codes for your ASUS motherboard; they usually indicate what's wrong. For instance, 4 beeps could mean an issue like RAM or hardware setup. Consult your motherboard manual or ASUS support site for specifics. Also, keep an eye on the status LEDs on the motherboard; they can help narrow down the problem too!

I just looked it up and found out that 4 beeps indicate a hardware issue for my specific motherboard. The tricky part now is figuring out if it's a CPU read issue due to the BIOS not being updated or if I might have installed something wrong. I went through everything carefully, though.
