I'm building my first PC and I've chosen some parts, but I want to make sure they're all compatible. Here's what I've selected:
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 8GB Windforce OC ($310)
- Intel Core i5 13400F ($106)
- iD Cooling SE-224-XTS ARGB ($22)
- MSi Pro B760-P ($111)
- Netac Shadow II DDR4 (2x16GB) ($50)
- ZALMAN Z10 Black ($77)
- 1TB ADATA Legend 900 ($69)
- 650W Chieftec (BDF650C) ($80)
The total comes to around $870. I've checked that in theory everything should fit, but since I'm a first-time builder, I'd appreciate any advice or confirmation from more experienced builders. My budget was about $800-850, and I plan to use this PC for gaming, streaming, and light video editing.

You might want to check out PCPartPicker to see if your build is compatible. Just enter your parts in there, and it’ll give you a green light if everything works together!
Are you based in the US? I can suggest a build that might give you more bang for your buck. For just a little more money, you can get an Intel Core i5-12600KF and a better graphics card that’s great for gaming and streaming.
I’m not from the US, and the GPU prices here are pretty high!
Just a heads up, your GPU is a bit on the weaker side for gaming and streaming. If you’re open to it, you could look into an AM5 build with DDR5 that may be cheaper than you think. But I need more details to help better!
Yeah, I forgot to mention that this setup is for gaming and streaming, plus light video editing. I’m really new to this, and it's been a bit overwhelming!
I did that and everything was green, but I just want to be extra sure before I buy.
