Why Won’t My Dual 16GB RAM Work Together?

Hey everyone! I'm working on an Intel build with DDR5 RAM, specifically using two 16GB sticks (2x16GB) in dual channel, but I'm hitting a brick wall. When I try to boot with both sticks installed, my PC won't start at all! However, if I only use one of the sticks, it works fine. Right now, I'm stuck with just 16GB instead of the full 32GB. Any ideas or suggestions on what might be going wrong?

Have you tried testing each RAM stick individually to see if one might be faulty? Also, make sure your BIOS is updated to the latest version. It’s curious that they work individually but not together. What’s the exact RAM kit you’re using? Details like that could be key!

First off, could you share your specs? Knowing your motherboard and CPU would help a lot. If it’s booting with one stick but not with both, there’s a chance your BIOS might not support 32GB in dual channel, or it could be an issue with the RAM configuration itself.
