I'm planning to use a 360mm liquid cooler with my setup, but I want to know if I can achieve the full performance potential of the R7 5700X3D when paired with the Gigabyte A320 S2H motherboard. Any insights on this?

If you're just using the normal boost without overclocking, you'll get solid performance even with usual coolers. Many smaller coolers can handle it too, surprisingly.
If you’re not planning to overclock, you should be completely fine. The stock cooling is typically sufficient unless you push it. For more detailed info, check out Buildzoid’s reviews!
I used to have my chip clocked at 3.6GHz on a different board. After updating the BIOS, I can finally use Curve Optimizer, which helped a lot!
Absolutely, you can run a Ryzen 9 5950X on a budget Asus Prime AM4 board without issues. Just remember to keep your BIOS up to date, and you should be good to go!
But I ran a Cinebench R23 test and scored 9500 on multi-core, which feels a bit low, and only 1300 on single-core.
Check the motherboard support page for BIOS updates; it should indeed support the 5700X3D. Just make sure everything's updated for optimal performance!
It boots fine, but my Cinebench R23 scores are still 9500 multi-core, which seems off.
I didn't adjust any settings on my CPU, yet I'm still getting that low Cinebench R23 score.
