Experiencing Low FPS in CS2 on a New High-End PC?

I just got a brand new computer with top-of-the-line specs (a 5080 graphics card and a 9950x3d processor) and I've made sure all my drivers and chipsets are updated. However, when playing CS2, I'm only getting around 360-450 FPS, which feels quite low for my resolution and settings. Has anyone else faced similar FPS issues or stuttering while playing?

Have you tried launching the game with Vulkan by adding the -vulkan command? I found that it helped me a lot with stuttering issues.

It's also worth noting that you may get better performance with the 9800x3d chip. The new CS2 is a beast and can be tricky with certain setups!

Yeah, CS2 is definitely more resource-heavy than CS:GO. That's probably where your frame dips are coming from. A lot of players have been feeling the impact of the new engine.

Exactly! I thought it was just my setup until I started seeing others mention similar problems.
