Upgrading My Intel i7 4770 and RX 580: What Should I Do First?

I recently sold my robust PC due to financial reasons, but now I'm eager to breathe new life into my current setup with an Intel i7 4770 and an RX 580. I'm ready for the challenge and want to know what I should prioritize upgrading first. I've seen different CPU and motherboard combos online, but I'm unsure which direction to take. Any advice?

I'd suggest focusing on the CPU first. A lot of newer games are expecting at least 6 cores these days, and the DDR3 memory isn’t cutting it anymore. If budget is tight, consider picking up a Ryzen 5 5600 along with a used RX 5700 XT, or go for an RX 6900 XT if you can stretch your budget a bit more. That should give you a nice boost!

Thanks for the tip! I'm planning to use my paycheck mid-month to invest in upgrades; definitely leaning towards the CPU first.
