Should I Choose a 9070 XT or a 5070 Ti for My First PC Build?

I'm currently building my first PC and I'm stuck on whether to go for the 9070 XT or the 5070 Ti. The 5070 Ti is about €130 more expensive, and I'm trying to figure out if that extra cost is justified given its better feature set and performance in ray tracing and path tracing. I'm planning to pair either card with a 7700 or 7600X CPU. My main use will be gaming, but I might also need it for AutoCAD and SolidWorks for university in the future.

The 5070 Ti does outperform the 9070 XT in rasterization by around 4%, plus it uses the same GPU as the 5080, which means it has overclocking potential to match that higher-end card for a lower price.

You can also overclock the 9070 XT, and there are reports that it can outperform the 5080 under certain conditions without needing third-party tools, unlike the 5070 Ti.
