I'm looking to upgrade my current GPU, which is a 3070. I'm considering either the 4070 Ti or the 4070 Super. Which one do you think I should choose?

I would say the 4070 Ti is the better choice without a doubt. Just be prepared for some stock issues when you try to buy one!
Honestly, I wouldn't rush to upgrade from a 3070. It still performs well for most games, unless you’re looking for something specific.
The RX 7800 XT is also a solid option to consider. It might give you similar or better performance depending on what games you play.
Definitely go for the 4070 Ti if you want more performance. It's faster than the Super and worth the investment.
What are the current prices for these cards? That could really affect which one is the better bang for your buck!
