I created an Apple account to try out the free trial of AppleTV, and I used it for a couple of hours on my PS5. However, during an episode of Prehistoric Planet, I was unexpectedly signed out. I tried to log back in, but my password didn't work even though I'm sure I entered it correctly. When I attempted to reset my password and filled in the reCAPTCHA, I ended up getting locked out of my account completely. After submitting an appeal, I received an email stating my access is still denied. I'm really confused about what happened and worried about possibly getting charged when my free trial ends next week. Is there anything else I can do?
