I recently bought a 9800X3D and I'm trying to figure out the best BIOS settings to use. I've heard there are some optimal setups out there. Can anyone give me some advice on what I should enable or adjust?

Make sure to run Cinebench to check your temps after making any changes!
If you're considering overclocking, it's best to do some research first, especially around PBO and Curve Optimizer. Typically, you don't need to do much other than enabling your RAM's profile and maybe adjusting your fan curves if necessary.
Just enable EXPO or XMP for your RAM if it supports it. That’s really all you need to start with. Get that set up and then look into further adjustments later.
Just enable EXPO and you should be good to go. There's not a ton of performance left to squeeze out of these chips. If you want to tweak things a bit more, you might want to enable PBO, set the frequency to +200, and start with a CO of -15. Make sure to stabilize with tools like AIDA64 or corecycler since some chips can be picky. If you're really keen, you can manually tune your memory timings, but that involves a lot of stability testing, which can take ages.
