I'm helping a friend upgrade their PC. It works perfectly with just the integrated graphics, but when I add any of three different GPUs, the monitor shows 'no video'. The GPU fans aren't spinning at all, and it doesn't matter which output I connect the monitor to. Any thoughts on what's going on?

It sounds like there might be a couple of issues at play here. First, can you try using a different PCIe slot for the GPU? Also, make sure at least one of the GPUs you’re testing works on a different motherboard. It could also be a power delivery issue; if you have a different power supply, you might want to give that a shot too. Also, sharing your full part list would help us troubleshoot better!
Here’s the part list: I’ve tried a 3060, a 6600, and an older RX GPU. The CPU is a 4600G, RAM is 2x8GB (not sure about the specifics), the motherboard is a B450 Pro4 R2.0, and the power supply is a Corsair CV650. I powered them in the usual way.
