I recently ran a program called 'Tweaking.com - Windows Repair' on my computer, and after rebooting, I logged in like usual, but now all I see is a gray screen. Before this issue arose, I also scanned my system with HitmanPro and other antivirus software. My CPU is at 1% usage and memory is at 47%, but it looks like my disk and GPU are at 0%. What steps can I take to fix this problem?

You might want to try pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del to bring up the Task Manager. From there, click on 'File', then 'Run new task'. Type in 'explorer.exe' and hit Enter to see if that gets you back to your desktop.
Be careful with programs like the one you ran — they can cause more harm than good! It's possible that it messed up your system files or installed some unwanted software. You might want to try booting into safe mode and see if you can use that program to revert its changes. If that doesn't work, a repair install of Windows could be your best bet. Ultimately, if the situation is really bad, wiping the PC and doing a fresh install of Windows might be the cleanest option. But I'm curious, what prompted you to run a repair program in the first place? Were you experiencing issues before this?
