I just got a new RealMe C71 (Model RMX5303) and I'm having trouble downloading apps and performing software updates. I've already set up my email accounts and connected to my Wi-Fi, but whenever I try to download apps, they get stuck on 'pending' or I get a message saying it can't download because of network issues, even though my internet is working fine. I'm starting to wonder if my phone is still rooted. Any ideas on what might be going wrong?

It's odd for a new model to have these issues, especially with the latest Android. Check if your Play Store is updated, and if it doesn’t say 'Play Protect Certified', that could cause problems. If all else fails, a factory reset might help.
Try checking your Play Store settings first. See if there's any update available in the security settings or the about section. Sometimes a simple update can solve a lot of issues!
When you try to download apps, what exactly happens? Is the Play Store installed? If it's just saying 'pending', it might be a connection issue, or there could be a problem with the Play Store itself. A quick check could be to see if your Play Store is up to date.
It says 'pending' or network problems when I try to download. I know I'm connected to the internet, so that's not the issue.
