I'm having a frustrating issue with iCloud Drive storage on my iPhone. I tried to download a video file using Safari, and it was saving to the iCloud Drive 'Downloads' folder. While it was still downloading, I accidentally deleted the file and even cleared it from the 'Recently Deleted' section. Now I see that about 3.94 GB of storage is still being marked as used under iCloud Drive in my iPhone settings, even though the file isn't anywhere in the Files app or on iCloud Web. I've already attempted a few fixes like restarting my phone, toggling iCloud Drive off and on, and clearing my Safari history and cache, but the space is still occupied. It seems like there's some kind of ghost file cache that's lingering. I would really appreciate any advice on how to fully clear this storage and regain my phone's space, as losing around 4GB is quite a hassle!

Have you tried resyncing iCloud on all your devices? Sometimes, making a fresh backup can help clear out outdated information. It’s worth a shot!
I attempted a backup, but I might have missed a step. Can you walk me through the correct way to do it?
