Looking for Budget Gaming PC Recommendations

Hey everyone! My younger cousin wants to get a new gaming PC with a budget between 900 to 1200€ (1050 to 1400 USD). We're leaning towards a pre-built system since neither of us has the time or know-how to build one ourselves.

The PC needs to run Fortnite smoothly and should also be capable of handling more cinematic story-driven games. Additionally, my cousin is interested in YouTube content creation, so having enough storage is a must—ideally, 1TB of M.2 storage and another 1TB SATA SSD.

We're planning to use a 1080p monitor with a 240Hz refresh rate.

I believe it's better to go for an AM5 setup for future upgrades, but we could consider AM4 too if it helps with the budget. I've been looking at some pre-built options and found that a system with a 5060Ti and either a Ryzen 5 7500F or a Ryzen 5 7600X seems solid, with 32GB of RAM (or even 16GB if needed).

My question is, what would be the AMD alternative to the GPU that offers similar performance but is more budget-friendly? Also, I'm looking for suggestions on the best hardware to meet these needs. What improvements can we make while staying within budget?

Your build looks great for the price range! For your AMD GPU question, I'd recommend the 9060XT. It's often a better value compared to NVIDIA cards if you're flexible. Just check your local prices, as they can vary. Also, if you're aiming for that 1080p 240Hz experience, it might be worth considering a more powerful CPU like the 7700X or 9700X, depending on your budget.

What do you think about the RAM situation? Is 16GB enough for gaming?

It would be great to save some cash if possible, but I want to make sure we don’t compromise on performance!
