How Can I Save Money on My PC Build Without Losing Performance?

Hi everyone! I've been diving into PC building and came up with a setup that fits my gaming needs. However, I've noticed that my build has exceeded my original budget of 800 euros. I'm wondering if there are any parts I can downgrade or adjust to save some cash without sacrificing too much performance. I plan on gaming at 1440p, focusing on titles like Monster Hunter: World, and I want to ensure it can handle anticipated releases like GTA 6 as well. I also want to stick with a compact case. Any suggestions on where I can cut corners? Thanks a bunch!

If you're open to it, consider downgrading to DDR4 and using the AM4 socket instead of AM5. It’s usually cheaper, and you won't notice a huge performance drop for your current needs. Software support for AM4 is still strong, so you're not really missing out on much.

Good point! AM4 might cover everything I need. What made you shy away from micro builds? I feel like a smaller case is more practical for my space.

Yeah, I think it really depends on your space constraints, but micro builds can be great if done right!
