I lost access to my Apple account because I can't remember my old phone numbers. I have everything else I need, but I can't access any trusted devices, and I can't recall those phone numbers. I used to have a device that was trusted, but I reset it due to some technical issues. I've had this Apple ID for over 15 years and have a lot of important information tied to it. Is there any way to recover my account?

Honestly, your best shot is to try to remember that phone number. Maybe ask your ex or friends who might know her number? Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done if you don't have that info. Apple has strict security for a reason, but it’s frustrating when you have everything else in line!
Exactly! It’s not like a seed phrase where you can reset things easily.
If you’ve forgotten both your password and all trusted devices, your best bet is to look into recovery contacts or a recovery key if you set one up before. That’s really the only real way to regain access to your account without the phone numbers.
I actually have my account password, but I'm still stuck. All I can think of is that I might need an old ex's phone number, but I have no way to check it!
But I don't have access to any trusted devices or remember those numbers. It feels like I'm hitting a wall!

I get that it's for security, but it feels so harsh! They could at least warn us that forgetting a number could lock us out completely.
