I've lost access to my Apple account because I can't recall any of the old phone numbers I used. I do have access to everything else linked to my account, except the memory of those numbers and trusted devices. I recently reset the device that was once trusted due to some technical issues. I've had this Apple ID for over 15 years, so it's pretty important for me. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can recover my account?

Honestly, the main thing you can do is try to figure out that old phone number. Maybe reach out to your ex or mutual friends who might remember it. Unfortunately, no one here or at Apple can bypass that for you.
Yeah, that advice isn’t very helpful.
If you can't remember both your password and any trusted devices, your best bet is to use recovery contacts or a recovery key. Those options are basically your lifeline for getting back in.
But I don’t have the trusted devices or remember those old numbers. I suspect it might be my ex's number, but I can't check since it’s saved in my Apple ID contacts!
I actually do have my account password, though.
I just don’t get how that’s secure. I have all my info except for those phone numbers! Wouldn’t it be better if Apple reminded you to save that info somewhere? It’s not like a seed phrase or anything!
