Is One Screw Enough to Secure a 5070Ti GPU?

I managed to get one screw in for my 5070Ti GPU, but I can't get the other screw to align. Given that the GPU weighs 1.2 kg, is one screw enough to keep it secure, or should I find a way to install both screws?

You really need to sort out the misalignment issue. It's crucial to have both screws secure to avoid potential problems down the line. Make sure everything is lined up properly!

I get that it's frustrating, but you should figure out why the second screw isn't aligning. Once you do, it should work, but don’t just rely on one screw. That's risky!

Yeah, I actually missed a spot! I didn’t want to remove the cables, so I overlooked it.

No, one screw isn't enough. You should try to get both screws in place for proper support. Check to see if the motherboard is aligned correctly with the case, and make sure the GPU’s metal IO bracket isn’t bent. If the GPU sags, consider using a support bracket or something to lift it up a bit.
