I've been having this frustrating issue where my laptop keeps restarting automatically right after I shut it down. I've already tried some common fixes I found online, like turning off fast boot, auto restart, and wake on LAN, but none of those seem to work. What else can I do to stop this from happening?

How are you shutting down your device? When you say it 'restarts,' do you mean it shuts down and then turns back on by itself a few seconds later?
Have you tried using ALT + F4 to shut it down? Sometimes that can help with weird shutdown issues.
I did try that, but then Windows started updating instead. I'll keep you posted if that helps.
Yeah, I just do the regular shutdown. It powers off, but then after about 4-5 seconds, it turns back on by itself, even with the lid closed. I didn’t realize it at first because I usually close the lid right after shutting down, but then I noticed it was hot and the battery was really low when I picked it up later.
