With non-K Intel CPUs like the 12400F, the memory controller voltage is locked pretty low. That makes it tricky to run high-speed RAM like 7600MHz. It might run, but you won't really get the full benefits out of it.
The i5-12400F officially supports up to 4800MHz, so there’s no guarantee that anything faster will work. If you really want to be safe, stick to a more reasonable speed like 6000MHz for better compatibility.
So, the 12400F supports 4800MHz, and while your motherboard can handle up to 6400MHz, you might still run into issues getting the RAM to perform at full speed, even with a higher-end CPU.
