I bought an album on iTunes using my iPhone, but it seems like most of it got deleted. I went ahead and purchased it again, and once again, a lot of the music is missing. I definitely didn't delete anything myself. Can I reach out to Apple for help with this situation? I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for the album again, but I can't remember exactly when I made the previous purchases.

Your purchases typically shouldn't get deleted. Have you checked your previous purchases in the iTunes Store? You might find the songs that are still there listed there.
I checked, but it seems like only the songs that didn't get deleted from the album are showing up.
