Why is my USB hub disconnecting devices on my MSI Vector 16?

Hey folks, I'm running into a frustrating issue with my MSI Vector 16 laptop. I'm trying to use a USB hub (UGREEN CM219), and while everything seems to work okay initially—my mouse, keyboard, and headphones connect without a hitch—after about 30 minutes, things start to go south. My keyboard becomes unresponsive, the mouse randomly disconnects, and the audio from my headphones cuts in and out. I've tested the same hub on a different laptop, and it works perfectly, so that's not the problem. I've tried different USB ports on my MSI, but the issues keep happening. Just to give you a rundown: my laptop runs on Windows 11 Pro, I'm using a USB 3.0 hub, and all drivers are up to date. I've checked settings like USB Selective Suspend and have experimented with different power plans, but still no luck. Has anyone experienced something similar with MSI laptops? Could this be related to USB power delivery? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How many USB devices do you have plugged into the hub? Also, does your hub have an external power supply? Sometimes hubs need extra juice to handle multiple devices without hiccups.

I only had the wireless mouse dongle connected, and even then, it got disconnected after about 10 minutes when using the hub. When I connect it directly to the laptop, everything works fine.
