I accidentally left my phone in a stranger's car, and now I can't reach out to them because the only way I had to connect was through Snapchat. Unfortunately, I can't log into my Snapchat since it's linked to my iCloud email, and I can't access that without verification. I know my iCloud password, but it requires verification to log in. Is there anything I can do to access my account? I'm feeling pretty lost and don't know if I should just get a new phone or if there's a workaround to log in without dealing with Apple's verification hassle.

You should try going to iCloud.com/find. It's super important that you include the '/find' part! If you're lucky, you'll be able to log in with just your password, and you can put your phone in lost mode. This will let you display a message on the screen, which could help get your phone back.
