Hey folks! I'm really not knowledgeable about graphics cards and would love some guidance. I'm looking to build a PC that can handle the latest AAA games with decent graphics and good frame rates, in addition to enjoying some strategy and indie games. I've come across a few budget-friendly options that have been recommended to me: the RTX 4060, RTX 5060, RX 9060 XT, and Intel Arc B570. Could anyone break down which of these would suit my needs best and explain their pros and cons in simple terms? Thanks a lot!

What resolution are you planning to play at? If you're on a tight budget, going for the cheapest option might work, but it really depends on your needs.
The RX 9060 XT is probably your best bet right now for the price. It can handle most games smoothly at 1080p and even 1440p without any issues. It's a solid choice if you're looking to play modern titles without breaking the bank!
Just make sure to go for the 16 GB version for the best performance!
Awesome, thanks for the advice!
Definitely go with the RX 9060 XT! It offers great performance for the price and is well-rounded for gaming.
For graphics cards over $300, it's good to have at least 12GB of VRAM, so the RTX 4060 and 5060 might not be worth considering. The 16GB RX 9060 XT is much faster than the Intel B570, so go for that unless the Intel one is significantly cheaper!
The first number represents the generation, while the others indicate performance levels. For gaming, I'd lean towards AMD due to cost efficiency. Think about the resolution and frame rate you want. If you're okay with 1080p, a mid-range GPU from AMD should be great! Just avoid Intel for gaming.
Thanks a bunch for breaking it down! It's tough to find straightforward info online about GPUs. And yes, 1080p is perfect for me too!
1080p would work just fine for me. 🙂
