Need a Quick Sanity Check on My PC Build Before Ordering Parts

I'm planning to order parts for my new build, but I want to make sure everything looks solid before I hit that purchase button. Right now, I'm considering using a regular 5070 for my GPU if I can't find a 9070xt or 5070ti. Here's my PCPartPicker list: [PCpartpicker list](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hMhCnp). Any thoughts or suggestions?

You might want to consider the Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX for the motherboard. It has better VRM heatsinks, more M.2 slots, and additional ports on the rear I/O, plus it's around the same price as the Asus you're looking at. Also, I'd recommend going for 6000 CL30 RAM and spending a bit more on a quality PSU, like the NZXT C850 Gold ATX 3.1, especially if you're planning to get an Nvidia GPU. Lastly, consider a better case from Corsair or NZXT, like the Frame 4000D or H5 Flow; it’s definitely worth the extra $30.

I actually switched to this [Montech PSU](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/sqbypg/montech-century-ii-850-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-century-ii-850w) based on another comment. Do you think it's worth spending a bit more for a higher-quality PSU?

I suggest making a few tweaks. First off, do you have a Microcenter nearby? It can really help in saving on shipping if you do.

Nope, I don’t have a Microcenter or Best Buy close by, so all my parts will need to be shipped.

I took a look at your build and made some adjustments. You can check out my modified list here: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dCHXt3](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dCHXt3). It could help make your setup more balanced!

I see you went for a 7700X. Why do you think that's worth the extra cost?
