Help! I Can’t Access My PC After Changing BIOS Settings

Hi everyone! I've spent hours trying to figure this out, but I'm still pretty new to PC stuff. I accidentally changed some settings in the BIOS on my pre-built computer and now I can't access it at all. The PC powers on and the lights come on, but there's no signal to my monitors. I've double-checked all the cables and monitors with other devices and they're working fine. I've even removed the CMOS battery and one of the RAM sticks, but that didn't help. Also, my keyboard and mouse aren't lighting up anymore. I'm at a loss here and would really appreciate any guidance you can offer!

Have you tried resetting the BIOS? There should be some reset jumpers on the motherboard or sometimes a button. This will revert the BIOS settings back to default, which might resolve your issue. Check your motherboard manual for specifics on where to find it!

What does that look like? I don’t have any extra equipment besides the PC.
