Hey everyone, I really need some tech support here. I accidentally spilled something all over my iPhone 13, and now it's not turning on or charging. I've dried it out, but there was liquid coming from the charging port, camera, and speakers. In the meantime, I'm using my friend's old iPhone 11 Pro, but I can't find any of my photos, messages, or contacts that I thought were backed up. When I logged into my Apple ID, nothing was showing up in iCloud. I'm starting to panic because I think I've lost years of important data. Any advice on what I can do? Thanks a lot!

If your charging port is clogged, you could try using wireless charging (QI charging). If that doesn’t work, I really recommend visiting an Apple Store. They can offer better advice when they can assess the phone in person.
If you weren't syncing your photos with iCloud, they won't show up there. You also can't see what’s in your backup unless you restore. Did you restore the borrowed phone from any backup? If you’re not signed in to iCloud on that phone, make sure you do and check if there's a backup from your old phone. Sometimes, backups take space on iCloud without you realizing there's one.
Did you have an iCloud backup set up? It sounds like a long shot, but if you had it and just can’t see your files, it’s worth double-checking the settings.
I thought I did, but I can't seem to find any of my photos backed up on iCloud.
Thanks for the tip! I checked, but unfortunately, there's nothing there.
