Why is my computer GPU making a loud noise?

I've been noticing a loud noise coming from my computer's GPU for the past few months, but I'm not sure what's causing it. I tried cleaning it out and took it apart, but everything looks normal. The noise starts as soon as I turn the computer on, and the temperatures hover around 50°C at idle and peak at 60°C under load. Since I'm saving up for a new computer, I'm hoping to find a quick fix instead of a complete overhaul. Here's a (https://youtu.be/tSPgBEgEb-c) for some context.

Do you know what CPU you’re using? Also, does it have integrated graphics? This could help narrow down the issue if it's related to your GPU or CPU.

My CPU is an Intel Core i5-3570, but I’m not clear on what integrated graphics are.

It sounds like you might have a faulty fan bearing. If you can, try rotating your PC case from vertical to horizontal to see if that changes anything. Sometimes it helps with fan alignment.

I’ll give that a shot right now!
