I'm looking to upgrade my GPU to match with my 9800X3D for gaming. I primarily play PUBG, Rust, and CS2 on a 1080p monitor. Currently, I'm using an Intel A750 OC 8GB, which does okay in most FPS games, but it's not enough for Rust and PUBG to fully utilize the power of the X3D. I'm hoping to find a suitable GPU that won't break the bank, ideally under $800, or even cheaper if possible. Any suggestions?

Honestly, anything over $700 should work well with your setup. It might be a bit of an overkill, but if you're serious about competitive gaming, you're gonna get a substantial FPS boost for sure.
For max settings in Rust at 1080p, I'd recommend at least an RTX 5060 Ti to hit around 100 FPS. That should give you a good balance between performance and price.
