Looking for Help Building My First PC on a Budget

Hey everyone! I'm in the process of building my first PC and could really use some advice. I'm aiming for a DDR5 setup that's somewhat future-proof, and I'm hoping to keep the total cost under $1000 if possible. I'm considering a few CPUs like the Ryzen 7 7700X for around $220, Ryzen 5 7600 for about $160, Ryzen 5 9600X for $165, or the Ryzen 5 8400F for $140. For the GPU, I've looked at the 9060XT or maybe something like the 7600, Arc B580, or 6650. My goal is to play games like Wuthering Waves and Genshin Impact at max settings on 1080p, and if I can manage it, I'd love to get 1440p at mid settings for a smoother experience. I've created a build on PCPartPicker, but prices are fluctuating due to Prime Day deals, so I'd appreciate any recommendations or advice. Thanks a lot!

I would suggest going with the Ryzen 7 7700 and RX 9060XT. If your budget is tight, the Ryzen 5 7500F could be a decent option as well. The 9060XT should handle 1440p with high settings in the games you mentioned without any issues. Just make sure to focus on getting the GPU first and build around that. Oh, and don't bother with the Windows 11 from PCPartPicker—grab a cheap key instead, you can find them for as low as $5 to $10!

Yeah, Windows 11 was there just for placeholders! I'm thinking of getting the Ryzen 5 7600X for $160 or the Ryzen 5 9600X for $165. What are your thoughts on other parts? I see some deals on Amazon for cheaper components, but I'm worried about compatibility. What do you think about the GPU choice?
