Hey everyone! I'm a student with ADHD, and I recently switched to Linux. Unfortunately, I've discovered that Cold Turkey isn't available for my system. I'm searching for alternative distraction-blocking tools that will work on Linux. Any recommendations?

If you tell us what Linux distro you're using, I could offer more tailored advice. For instance, if you're on KDE Plasma, there's a 'do not disturb' mode that could help.

You might want to consider using some of these tools:

* LeechBlockNG
* Focus
* StayFocusd (a Chrome extension)
* Self Control (also a Chrome extension)

They should help manage your distractions on Linux!

Just a heads up, Focus and Self Control are mainly for macOS. The other options are Chrome extensions, so they might not fully integrate with Linux.

Or, you could always just unplug the internet when you need to focus. It’s the classic method!

Do you think that’s the best way to be productive? Seems a bit extreme to me!
