Why Isn’t My 9070XT Getting Any Signal After Moving to a New PC?

I recently built a new PC and transferred my SSD, HDD, and 9070XT from my old setup. However, now the 9070XT isn't working and I'm getting no signal. Interestingly, my 6600XT works just fine in the same slot. I've already tried reseating the GPU multiple times, resetting the CMOS, and using DDU, but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

Have you thought about trying a different PCIe slot for your GPU? Sometimes that can help. Also, if you still have your old build, it might be worth checking if the card works in there, just to rule out issues with the GPU itself.

I get your frustration! If the case doesn’t allow access to other slots, maybe check for any power connection issues. Since your 6600XT works, the slot itself might be fine but it could be something specific with the 9070XT. Also, double-check that it’s properly seated and that the power connectors are secure!
