I want to set my WiFi in Windows 10 to a receive-only mode, but I'm not finding any useful information online. Most of the results are about slow WiFi issues instead of how to achieve what I'm looking for. Any advice?

The concept of a receive-only mode doesn't really work with how the Internet functions. Every time you want to receive information, you have to send a request first. If you set your connection to receive only, you'd be unable to load anything.
I think it's important to clarify what you're actually trying to do here. If you can provide more details about your goal rather than just the method you want, we might be able to help you with a better suggestion.
Unfortunately, you can't set WiFi to receive-only because you'd need to send requests to the server in order to receive any data. For example, just searching something online requires sending a request. Without sending data, you wouldn't be able to access websites or play online games.
