Are my CPU temperatures normal for idle?

Hey everyone! I've been checking my Ryzen 5 7500F's idle temperatures, and they seem to hover between 50 to 55 degrees Celsius. Is this considered normal? Also, my clock speed is sitting at 4600 MHz. For reference, the room temperature is around 28 to 30 degrees Celsius. Would love to hear your thoughts!

It really depends on your cooling setup, but in general, those temps are within a normal range. If you’ve got a decent cooler, you should be fine!

55°C is a bit on the higher side for idle temps, but it’s not something to really worry about unless it starts getting worse under load. Just keep an eye on it!

It’s interesting to see your idle temps, but I’d be more concerned about your temps when under load. Load temps are the real indicator of how well your cooling is doing. Have you run any tests to check how hot it gets?

I did a multi-core test in Cinebench and the temps shot up to around 80-83 degrees Celsius.
