Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice on cooling solutions for my new Ryzen 9 7900x. I'm planning on using it to stream and game at the same time, but I'm not sure whether to go with air cooling or liquid cooling. I'd love to hear your thoughts on what works best for this processor, and if you could recommend some specific models that fit within a $250 budget, preferably with RGB options. Thanks!

$250 is a solid budget! For air cooling, I suggest checking out the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE. It’s a great cooler for the price. If you're leaning towards liquid cooling, you might want to look at the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro. It comes in both 240mm and 360mm sizes, which should fit most cases. Both options have RGB too!
Air coolers are generally cheaper and tend to last longer than liquid coolers. But hey, if air coolers seem too bulky for you, Noctua and Arctic are great brands to consider. For liquid cooling, the Asus ROG Ryujin has some cool features, but be wary of the price—it can get up to $400, which is a bit excessive!
$400 for an AIO cooler? That's wild! You can get excellent cooling performance from Arctic models for around $100. Plus, air coolers can compete with some AIOs and they save you some cash.
I was just going to recommend the Thermalright too! Also, the Peerless Assassin 120 SE looks good if you're interested in a different brand.
