I'm considering this PC build that's priced at $4500. I found the list here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PtjhLc?fbclid=IwQ0xDSwLekGJjbGNrAt6QR2V4dG4DYWVtAjExAAEeC9iiZ8swQZFBaKBULw_33bVR5D49Q6_QAHSlk5UM1btMJ5rYUCsMILOMHMY_aem_JW_EQO2U9Ho7Dj3PvQus1Q. What do you all think? Is it worth the price?

Honestly, spending $3000 just on a GPU seems excessive to me. I upgraded my whole system for $2000, and I think that's pushing it. $4500 feels way over the top unless you really know what you want.
Yeah, if you're gonna spend that much, at least get a quality 1200W PSU that’s around $150-180. Plus, avoid all the fancy stuff like an overpriced motherboard that doesn’t boost performance.
For $4500, it could be worth it, but why not go for 2 sticks of 6400mhz RAM with either 32GB or 48GB? It'll give you better performance in the long run!
You might want to consider getting 2x32GB RAM instead of 4x16GB, that's a better setup! But really, whether it's 'worth it' depends on what you plan to do with the build and what monitor you'll use it with.
That power supply seems a bit overpriced. You should consider getting a Corsair or Seasonic one instead. Just my opinion, but no build should really cost $4.5K with how GPU prices are right now!
