I'm wondering if there's a method to have my mouse click a button across all open browser tabs simultaneously. For instance, if I have 20 tabs open, is it possible for my mouse to press a button on each of them at the same time, instead of just on the one that's active? If anyone knows how to do this, that would be super helpful!

Unfortunately, you can't click on multiple tabs simultaneously in a web browser. Only the active tab processes user inputs. However, you can use scripting tools like AutoHotkey to automate clicks. This won't allow you to click all at once, but it can cycle through your tabs and click them one-by-one.
