I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card from the RX 6650 XT to either the RX 9070 XT or the RX 9070. My main concern is whether my R7 5700X3D would bottleneck the RX 9070 XT. I don't want to end up wasting money on a GPU that won't perform to its potential. Would I be better off going with the RX 9070 to avoid potential bottlenecks, or do you think the R7 5700X3D can handle the RX 9070 XT? Also, I'm not looking to switch to AM5 since that would be too pricey for me.

Honestly, the RX 9070 XT shouldn’t be bottlenecked by your CPU. It's quite comparable to an AM5 7700X and has a decent cache too. If you're gaming at 1440p or higher, you should be in the clear with the 5700X3D.
There’s not a huge difference between the two cards. Just keep in mind that if you’re going for 1080p with low settings, that's when bottlenecks can start becoming a concern. Otherwise, you should be good with either option.
You don’t need to worry about bottlenecks on the RX 9070 XT; it's a solid match for your setup. That card will work fine without any issues.
That sounds good! I plan to game at 1440p. Do you think the RX 9070 XT will hold up for a few years without needing an upgrade?
