How can I reduce CPU temperatures for my Ryzen 7700X?

Hey everyone! I've recently picked up a Ryzen 7700X, which I've heard runs pretty hot—ideally around 95°C for performance. I got an AIO cooler to help with heat management because the $30 heatsink I had wasn't cutting it, especially during intensive gaming which led to thermal throttling. I'm also new to curve optimization and have no clue where to start. My setup includes a Gigabyte B650X AX V2 motherboard, 32GB of 6000 RAM, and an RTX 4060. Any tips to get those temps down would be greatly appreciated! Just to note, I'm not into overclocking yet, but I do see around 1100 on Cinebench while hitting that steady 95°C.

By default, the Ryzen 7700X's temperature limit is set to 95°C. You can actually lower this limit in the BIOS. The CPU tends to keep pushing until it hits that limit. I faced similar issues, and after switching to ECO mode in Ryzen Master, my temps dropped to the 80s during gaming without affecting performance much at all.

You shouldn't be touching 95°C during gaming. Try removing the side panel of your case and see if that brings your temps down. If it does, it points to an airflow issue. Most AIO coolers are pretty straightforward to install, so they shouldn't need too much tweaking.

I should mention that 95°C is what I see in Cinebench. The only time I hit that high in gaming was with Star Citizen, haha. Thanks for the tip!
