My PC is lagging and my second monitor isn’t working after a desk slam. Help?

I've been having some major issues with my gaming setup. My rig is built with a B650 AORUS ELITE AX motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, an AMD Radeon 6700XT graphics card, and 32GB of RAM. I have two monitors: a Spectre P30 and a cheaper Koorui model. This morning everything was running smoothly—games like Elden Ring and BO6 were playing without a hitch on high settings. However, after I got frustrated and slammed my hands on my desk, both monitors froze momentarily, and now my second monitor won't connect. I restarted the PC, and while the main monitor is fine, the second one shows "No Signal". Now on top of that, the games are running at below 10 FPS. Could this be related to the slam? I've already reseated my GPU, but I'm worried something might be broken. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

First, you should definitely check if you're still using your dedicated GPU. It's possible that your system defaulted to the integrated graphics after the slam. Make sure your monitor cable is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard. Also, double-check that all your monitor cables are securely connected.

I checked, and it seems like I'm still using the GPU, so that’s good.
